Acrylic Properties

1. It has a crystal like transparency, a light transmittance of over 92%, soft light, clear vision, and acrylic colored with dyes has a good color display effect.
2. Acrylic board has excellent weather resistance, high surface hardness and gloss, as well as good high-temperature performance.
3. Acrylic sheets have good processing performance and can be either hot formed or mechanically processed.
4. Transparent acrylic panels have a transmittance comparable to glass, but their density is only half that of glass. In addition, it is not as fragile as glass, and even if it is damaged, it will not form sharp fragments like glass.
5. The wear resistance of acrylic panels is similar to that of aluminum, with good stability and resistance to corrosion from various chemicals.
6. Acrylic boards have good printability and spray resistance. By using appropriate printing and spray processes, acrylic products can be endowed with ideal surface decorative effects.
7. Flammability: It does not self ignite but belongs to flammable materials and does not have self extinguishing properties.
