Cake is an ancient pastry usually made in an oven, with eggs, sugar, and wheat flour as the main ingredients. Using milk, fruit juice, milk powder, fragrant powder, salad oil, water, shortening, and baking powder as auxiliary ingredients. After stirring, mixing and baking, it is made into a sponge like Dim sum.
