Felt production method

Felt production process: wool -- screening (picking out the fur from the wool) -- shedding (opening the purchased wool) -- purification (extracting impurities) -- carbonization -- drying or air drying -- combing (treated by a carding machine) -- laying the net (laying the wool into a mesh) -- kneading the blank (kneading the blank with a flat machine) -- pounding the felt (making the hardness of the felt blank) -- shrinking the felt (treating the density of the felt) -- extruding the felt (treating the felt flat with a felt press) --Tamping felt (secondary treatment of felt density and cross force) - Bleaching (adjusting felt color to customer requirements generally around 6 hours) - Spinning dry - Quality inspection - Drying - High temperature setting - Anti insect treatment - Felt block products or felt pads - Felt strips and other felt products - Quality inspection - Storage - Factory delivery.
